Ranger Candy Coffee Company is a veteran owned, premium coffee company. Our coffee is roasted and packaged in America to order, to ensure our customers receive the freshest coffee available. Taste America With Every Sip!

Why is our coffee the best in America?

Coffee is more than our business, it’s our passion. We import premium coffee from around the world and roast 5 days a week so our customers can enjoy the freshest coffee possible delivered right to their doorstep. When shopping with us you are supporting American Veterans.

What is Air-Roasted Coffee?

Have you ever tasted coffee with a burnt flavor? Burnt coffee flavor is typically a sign of poor quality. This occurs in conventional drum roasters where the “chaff” (the outer shell of the bean) remains throughout the roast. The remaining chaff is what gives a burnt, acidic after-taste. 

However, in an air roaster, the chaff rises into the cyclone and is deposited into the chaff collector as it comes off of the beans. It doesn't burn or damage the flavor, leaving you with a smooth, low acidity roast.

Where is my package?

When we ship out your package, an automatic email will be sent to the email address that you provided when placing the order. Inside this email, you will find a clickable tracking number that will tell you exactly where your package is. How should I store my coffee? And how long does it last?

The thing to keep in mind when storing coffee is humidity. Keep coffee away from humidity until it is brewed. Storing it in a dark, airtight container at room temperature will keep your ground coffee fresh for up to 4 weeks. An airtight container will keep whole beans fresh for longer than a month.

How safe is it to order online?

We only use the safest payment processing services on the internet. If you have any security questions or concerns, please review our payment processors' security measures: PayPal.com, Shopify Payments, or GabPay.

How do I enter Discount Codes?

On the last page, before your click "Complete my purchase," there will be a box where you can enter your discount code. Once you have entered the code, click "Apply." Your total amount will be updated to reflect the discount.

How can I change my order after it's been placed?

Due to how fast your order goes into production after placed, we can not change orders once they have been placed. This is to ensure that all our coffee is roasted and to our customers the fastest possible way with out any delays so your coffee is always fresh. 

Do you give Military Discounts?

Thank you for your service, we've partnered with GovX to offer a 15% discount on all non-subscription orders for Military, First Responders, Government Employees, and Teachers. Link in bottom left of site, click Discounts.

How to change subscription?

Subscriptions can be changed in your customer account, at the bottom inside your account you'll find a "Manage Subscription" button or contact us via info@rangercandycoffeecompany.com

*If you have not contacted us to cancel subscription and order goes through and processes, there will be no cancellation of order or refund. You must cancel subscription before next order date processes.

All orders are shipped PRIORITY/FIRST CLASS USPS or UPS
 & Delivered 2-7 business days from the day you receive shipping confirmation not the day you order.


ORDERS OUTSIDE THE USA ARE SUBJECT TO USPS INTERNATIONAL RATES

Once a coffee is picked up by one of our shipping partners, Ranger Candy Coffee Company does not assume responsibility for any damage, delays, or lost packages that may occur during shipment. Any claims should be made directly with the shipping company using the provided tracking number.

Ranger candy Coffee Company is not responsible for delays, lost packages, held packages, packages returned to sender, and other shipping-related issues resulting from addresses being input incorrectly by the customer. Thank you for understanding!

We have a "All Sales Final" Policy. Due to the nature of supplies & vendors changing, we do not give refunds or exchanges for any item unless its a fault by Ranger Candy Coffee Company.
